A little history
1980: creation of the agency by its founder, Mr. Luis Mendes de Leon, from whom comes the first name “Mendes de Leon immobilier”. The company was founded in Champéry and had just two employees. Initially, sales were the service of choice, then leasing and PPE administration were developed.
1992: opening of a second office in the heart of Champéry, in the Jonquilles building, built by Mr. Mendes.
1999: Troistorrents branch opened. After a few years, Mr. Mendes decided to open a third branch in Val-d’Illiez, incorporating a small existing company and Mrs. Sylvie Es-Borrat in 2007, which led to an increase in staff and customers.
January 1, 2008: Mr. Mendes joined forces with Mr. Maxime Délez, his young and enterprising trainee since 2004, who became an employee in 2006, giving the three agencies a new image and a new name: “M&D Immobilier”.
October 2009: the two partners welcomed the young and dynamic Mathieu Kerneur. Their aim was to set up a new agency in Monthey, under the name “MDK Immobilier”.
2014: opening of the new MDK Immobilier & Fiduciaire offices in Monthey.
