By signing above, I authorize MDK Immobilier / Fiduciaire SA to check my solvency through various searches and to contact my current landlord as well as my employer. I accept that an amount of CHF 150.00 (excl. VAT) will be invoiced in the event of allocation of the apartment for the costs of drawing up the rental lease. Should I decide not to sign the rental agreement for the object of this rental application, the amount of CHF 150.00 (excl. VAT) will also be charged as an administrative fee. These conditions constitute an acknowledgement of debt within the meaning of article 82 of the LP.

I am aware of and accept that the personal data and documents transmitted in the context of my rental application will be collected, recorded, stored and processed by MDK Immobilier et Fiduciaire for the sole purpose of analysing, processing and following up my file, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. I acknowledge that this data may be passed on, to the extent necessary to process my application, to the owners concerned as well as to the parties directly involved in the rental process. All data and documents transmitted will be kept secure and confidential. They will be deleted within 30 days if no lease is concluded, or kept for up to 10 years after expiry of the lease if one is signed.
